B. Lamb, Jr.
Graduated from the United
States Military Academy at West Point in June, 1972. Retired
from the U.S. Army in June 2002 after thirty (30) years service
in the active Army and National Guards of Tennessee and Virginia.
Graduated from the College of Law, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in June, 1980. Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia in October, 1980. Established a general practice in Northern Virginia from 1980 to 1984. Relocated to the Richmond, Virginia area in November, 1984. Maintained a part-time practice of law until returning to full time in June, 2002. Since returning to the full time practice of law, the primary focus has been on developing and servicing a general practice of law in the Richmond, VA area.
One of the original founding members of the Richmond Debtors' Bar Association and its treasurer. This organization was created to provide a professional forum for bankruptcy attorneys who represent individual debtors. The Association meets regularly to provide members and guests, updates on bankruptcy law and procedures and to provide resources to the members to enhance the representation of their clients.
